Pressoir is once again honoring Bordeaux, the largest wine region in France. For this event, we will be joined by Thibault Marronnier of the magnificent Château L’Evangile in Pomerol. In addition to the signature clay soil also found in the other Pomerol properties, L'Évangile sits on a rare stretch of pure surface gravel mixed with sandy clay, resting on an iron-rich subsoil. This unique terroir will give us much to discuss with M. Marronnier as we taste and explore a vertical of nine vintages dating back to the legendary 1982.

The evening will begin with two other prestigious properties from the Rothschild family starting with Domaine William Fèvre of Chablis and we will close on a sweet note with the irresistible Sauternes from Château Rieussec.
