Following her time as a sommelier at great New York City restaurants like Per Se and Brooklyn Fare, Michele Smith relocated with her husband David Chapel to Beaujolais where they founded Domaine Chapel. After making their first vintage at their friends Mathieu & Camille Lapierre's winery, they have settled in Régnié-Durette where they are making some superb wines!
Join Michele, who will be in town for the "Beaujolais Bash!", for a session exploring their terroir and winemaking, featuring four Chapel wines including their extremely rare no-sulfur bottling, as well as two wines from the Chapels' friends and inspiration, Domaine Marcel Lapierre.
