Laurent-Perrier has been a pillar among Champagne producers for over two centuries. We invite you to explore the House’s legacy through a vertical tasting of its Prestige Cuvée, Grand Siècle.

Unlike traditional single-vintage prestige bottlings, Grand Siècle is a blend of complementary years designed to recreate the “perfect year.” Laurent-Perrier calls these releases “Iterations,” representing a continuous refinement of this blending philosophy. Our tasting will feature a side-by-side comparison between exceptional single vintages and the specific Grand Siècle Iterations built around those same years, illustrating how assemblage elevates a single year’s characteristics.

The experience will continue with Grand Siècle Les Réserves No. 17 in magnum, aged for over 20 years on lees, and conclude with the rare Grande Cuvée Alexandra Rosé 2004, a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay co-maceration.

Our guest, Emma Charron of Laurent-Perrier, will guide us through this exceptional tasting at our beloved omakase restaurant, Sushi Nakazawa.
